How can you be dead tired and unable to sleep?

I had an eureka moment over Kaleidoscope this evening and the way forward has been illuminated.

I just don't know when I'll write it. I'm currently reading several books, outside of online fan fiction and Real Life hasn't exactly been a vacation of late.

What I need is a retreat. ::eyes fialleril enviously::

I just glanced at the title for your latest chapter of Kaleidoscope, and I was wondering, what does Contemno mean? Looks like a slight mis-spelling to me.

No, it is Latin. It was fialleril's rather brilliant idea. Contemno literally means 'I Scorn' and those two words are the essence of that chapter.

Are you reading Kaleidoscope? What do you think about it? ::really wants to know::

Ah, I figured it was Latin or something like that.

Sorry, I'm not reading Kaleidoscope. I was looking for something worth reading in the Saga forum and just happened to see the title and was curious at what it means.

Insomnia becomes a pattern girl - try taking some melatonin. It's also a mark of genius. ::winks::

Thanks dear but I think this is a symptom of something more mundane - anxiety.

What about - the upcoming event? A relaxing vacation might be a good idea. But keep in mind that everyone wigs out over these things. You're not being weird. Bless you, sweetie.

::sigh:: the upcoming event is the major stressor.

"Anticipation of death is worse than death itself". I hope you get some rest real soon. :D

Oh! And I'm really curious where you're going to go with Kaleidoscope...

Thanks dear and you're absolutely right, of course.

Kaleidoscope is coming slowly...

You can't help being lucky! :D

You're really back, aren't you? WELCOME! :)

Well, lucky in some ways, I suppose. See my latest LJ post and you might change your tune... *sighs*

Er, I hope that didn't sound as bitter as it might of. I didn't mean it that way. And yes, it's good to be back. :)
